The easiest way to get full functionality out of an Origin game on Steam is to purchase it through the Steam store. when you mean you launch the origin client and the game in steam is like, having a shorcut for origin, and other for the game, so i open origin first and later the game in steam i will try that, i tried to open origin or the game first disable overlay but never both like this. I tried launching through Steam, it still doesn't work. from what I understand there is an Origin lite version that comes with some releases on Steam. I have disabled the Origin in-game overlay as I heard that helped others in the past, but it still doesn't work. It starts up just fine through Steam, but I cant get the advantages like the in-game overlay and screenshots. I can add it as a non-Steam game just fine, but it only registers me as In-Game for 1 second on Steam then goes back to Online.
